Proof of DoDAF conformance

We have mappings in the UAF documentation (Appendix B, formal/17-12-03) that map UAFP elements to DODAF 2 elements and also to map UAF/P Viewpoints/Views to DODAF 2 Viewpoints/Views.

This mapping is complete and shows that UAF/P can implement the development of DODAF 2 architectures and also fulfill the need for fit for purpose views.
