UAF11 — Consumes relationship is facing wrong direction

    Consumes relationship direction needs to be reversed ant renamed to "Supports". This change was discussed and agreed some time ago, but for some reason it did not get into UAF 1.0.

    Agreed that Operational Scenarios are dependent on Services and not vice versa. This means that the current implementation is correct and no change is needed.
