SYSPHS12 — Parameter v3 should not have a default in the Modelica code for Figure 21

    The Modelica code on p.28 has:

    parameter Real v3 = “...”;

    No default is defined in Figure 21: PhSVariables and PhSConstant in SysML and "..." is not a good value indicator for a Real anyway.
