Summary:
The block namespace compartment shows a bdd of the elements that are part
of the namespace of the block. Is it allowed to show relationships from a block inside that compartment to
a external block? The relationship could be in the model, but can I show it
in the diagram?I think it should be allowed. I don't see any problems.

Disposition Summary:
Clarified that external relationships from and to block namespace compartment are allowed
Replace the first paragraph of the section with the revised text.
Text with change marks:
A compartment with the label “namespace” may appear as part of a block definition to show blocks and other NamedElements that are defined in thenamespaceNamespace of a containing block. This compartment may contain any of the graphical elements of a block definition diagram. Allblocks or other named elementsNamedElements that aredefinedshown in this compartment belong to thenamespaceNamespace of the containing block, provided this is legal. Elements that cannot be owned by a Block, like Dependencies, can still be shown in the compartment, but without implications for their owner. Relationships between Elements inside and outside of the block’s Namespace may also be shown. Since the relationship is then half outside of the compartment, no conclusion about ownership can be drawn from the diagram. -
