SYSML16 — Do not move deprecated elements

  • Summary:

    Between SysML 1.2 and SysML 1.3, some stereotypes were deprecated
    This deprecation was done by moving Stereotypes from their original package to a new "DeprecatedElements" package.

    Changing the qualified names of these stereotypes may break some code in tooling. Ideally the deprecation should be indicated without changing the element.
