Summary:
Constraint#4 specified for the Block stereotype states the following:
In the UML metamodel on which SysML is built, a Property that is typed by a block must [sic] be defined as an end of an association. (An inverse end of this association, whether owned by another block or the association itself, must always be present so there is always a metamodel element to record the inverse multiplicity of the reference.)However there is no such a constraint in UML metamodel. Firstly, the concept of "block" is not part of UML, and secondly there is not even an equivalent constraint for UML::Properties typed by a UML::Class. Typing a UML::StructuredClassifier::ownedAttribute with a Class is legal
