SYSML14 — Any notation available for internal parts should apply to ports

There is a need to apply the additional notation to ports that is used for other internal properties. In particular, we need to add compartments to represent the internal properties of ports so they can be connected to.

This resolution adds notation to ports, nested ports, and their definitions to be
consistent with other property and type notations, that includes compartments with
graphical and textual representations of structure and behavior. This also includes
the extensions used in parametric diagrams to represent value properties as
rectangles so they can be bound to.
