SYSML14 — Addign a Behavior Compartment for Blocks

SysML blocks currently include additional compartments labeled namespace and structure. This provides significant value to present various aspects of a block on a block definition diagram.

It would be very valuable to extend the standard compartments to enable representation of behavior. The request is to include a labeled compartment called 'behavior' to contain the classifier behavior and/or any other owned behaviors in this compartment.

This resolution includes provisions to add labeled behavior compartments to blocks
and parts that can include textual representations of classifier and owned behaviors.
