SYSML14 — Conjugation of full ports question

Clause 9.3.2.8, FullPort - in description it says it cannot be conjugated. 1. Why?

This issue is a portion of issue 17254 (9.3.2.8 FullPort) and is filed to allow it to be addressed separately from the rest of 17254, and for the resolution of 17254 to ignore this portion of issue

The reason for constraining the full port from being conjugated is mentioned in
9.3.2.8 – first paragraph last sentence:
Full ports also cannot be conjugated, because behaviors defined on their
types are defined independently of the ports these types might be used on.
Constraint [4] reflects this (“Full ports cannot be conjugated (isConjugated=false).”).
The wording of the text above could be improved.
