    A block stereotype should be applied to any subclass of a block. Add a constraint to the block stereotype in 8.3.2.2 to reflect this.

    Add the suggested constraint not only to Block, but also to ValueType and ConstraintBlock.
    Issue 12255 is also being closed as duplicate with this one. It referred more generally to "Generalization of stereotyped elements" but all the examples it raised were within Blocks or related stereotypes, which is within the scope of this resolution
