SYSML — SysML: Unicode / Translations

The Spec needs to be clearer on what keyword text strings

1) Must be ascii

2) Must/May be Unicode, but must be the exact string given in the spec

3) May be translated to other languages

4) May be translated to other character sets

For non keywords, are the strings (e.g., block name)

1) Must be ascii

2) Must/May be Unicode, but the latin character set

3) May any Unicode character set.

Any changes in this area should be reflected in the compliance section also.
