SYSML — Freeform diagrams in SysML

Section A.1 mentions a "freeform" version of package diagrams. If freeform diagrams are allowed (as they are), there does not seem to be any special benefit to restricting such diagrams to only the contents of a single package. Freeform diagrams are typically used to show relationships between elements that are normally shown in different diagrams. Experience with UML has shown that this is an extremely useful capability and is in high demand. I suggest moving this diagram from out of the package diagram restriction and make it a general diagram type that is not restricted to elements belonging to the same namespace.
