Key: SYSML-109

Legacy Issue Number: 10445

Status: closed
-
Source: International Business Machines ( Laurent Balmelli)

Summary:
In SysML we decided that Blocks do not have instances if I remember correctly. Therefore, could you confirm or infirm the following statement: "The composition relationship connects a block to other blocks having a role as part in the context of this block. In contrast, the association relationship connects a block to other blocks having a role as part reference in the context of this block (dashed notation)."
There is therefore no runtime semantic anymore (i.e. instance deletion)
correct or not?
