    6. Restriction on the model elements that can be annotated with Guidances.
    In 5.2 it is said that a Guidance can be attached to any model element.
    This is probably to permissive. Maybe we should add a well-formedness
    rule that restricts this to WorkDefinitions and WorkProducts.
