    Milestone as a metaclass
    In 9.1 and 9.2 milestones are defined as special kinds of goals.
    Because a Milestone is an major concept it could make
    sense to add a Milestone metaclass inheriting from the more
    generic metaclass used for Goal.
    Additionally, a <<milestone>> stereotype could be added in the
    UML profile.
