    Some of our programs, especially on the DoD side, are moving away from using stereotypes (or allowing the use of them) and instead focusing on using classifiers and having abstract base classes that other entities extend to gain access to properties. On some DoD programs SPECTRA will be a non-starter as stereotypes are not used w/ SysML 1.0 models for those programs.
