CSV rules in section How to read this specification need clarification.
• “Boolean value true can be represented as true, True, yes, y, Y” – recommend adding “T” to the acceptable value list to represent true.
• “Boolean value false can be represented as false, False, no, n, N or blank” –
o Recommend adding “F” to the acceptable value list to represent false.
o I would prefer a blank value is invalid as opposed to read as “false”. In some cases, this may be problematic.
