    SCTM –
    o I would suggest not using an acronym for an element name. As a property name is still not great, but acceptable.
    o I also suggest not using a specific DoD deliverable as an element in a general schema. For example. we don’t call it an “SCTM” typically when dealing with commercial aviation.
