SPECTRA — Artifacts Package Computing Elements enumeration needs rework

• Computing Elements – This is not a consistent list of elements that makes sense. It varies from an LRU or component (DSP) to a broad term for almost anything (Hardware), to software (Firmware), to a specific hardware type (Mobile Device). This does not pass the test for a good enumeration in my opinion. If nothing else, a sizable number of other types of computing element types should be added to enable proper analysis for tools. Everything from “laptop” to “driver” is missing given the broad nature of the current elements on the list. This list is also missing Operational Technology (OT) and Internet of Things (IoT) type devices that I believe should be covered.
