SDRP — remove and replace obsolete DigitalConverter references

Proposed Solution:

This issue is a followup to 7715 which can be closed without change due to 7708.

Issue 7708 replaced DigitalConverter by Converter (with a converterType property indicating ATOD, DTOA or BOTH). There are still references to DigitalConverter in the document. Page and section references refer to the 2005-02-24 SWRadio Convenience Document.

• In row 4 of Table 8-7 on page 101,
• Replace DigitalConverter with Converter
• Add converterType to the head of column 4
• In Figure 8-35 on page 143, replace DigitalConverter with Converter
• In 8.3.2.3 LogicalPhysicalChannel - Associations on page 143, replace both uses of DigitalConverter with Converter
