    Refine the waveform compliance to interface level and component level waveform compliance.

    Interface level compliance is more "loose" and can be used by existing SCA CF implementations or in other communication domains that make use of a different infrastructure for component communication/management. Component level compliance requires implementation of the infrastructure as well.

    Proposed resolution: Create 2 waveform compliance points: interface level and component level. Point out the differences.
