Summary:
"A logicalIOChannel may be associated with zero or one processor."
A single IO channel should be capable of being associated with more then on
processor. A simple example would be a system working with an FPGA and a
GPPU.Proposed Solution:
Change the association in question to read as:
"A logicalIOChannel may be associated with zero or more processors." -
