    DESCRIPTION:
    IPdu interface should specialize the IFlowControlSignalling interface
    and not the IFlowControlManagement interface.

    PROPOSED RESOLUTION:
    In Section 9.2.5.3, (IPdu) pg 202, replace the following sentence:
    "IPdu interface also specializes IFlowControl interface, so it supports
    flow controlling."

    to:
    "IPdu interface also specializes IFlowControlSignalling interface, so it
    supports flow control signalling."

    Also, update the UML model and Figure 9-60 (pg. 201) so that they show
    the same specialization.
