SDRP — "WaveForm" and "Application" are not used consistantly

    When referencing SW Radio Components throughout this document, "WaveForm" and "Application" are not used consistantly. Many areas exist where components should be viewed as "Application" versus "WaveForm". All "WaveForm" components are a true subset of "Application" components, while the reverse is not true. Where components belong to the larger "Application" component set, "WaveForm" notation should be changed.
