    Section 8.2.6.4.7, pg 113. The description says that the radiating element can be used for translating electrical energy to electromagnetic energy or vice versa. For the electromagnetic to electrical energy conversion, there is no radiation involved for the conversion element. Propose name change as AntennaElement.
