    Sectoin 8.2.6.4.3, pg 110. Name DigitalConverter is used for both Digital/Analog Conterters (DAC) and Analog/Digital Converters (ADC), which is redundant. Propose removing DigitalConverter and adding two new definitions for ADC and DAC. Same ratioanale as the previous one.
