    Issue - Section 9.2.4.2 IStatusSignal, signalStatus operation is missing
    parameter that goes with generic template StatusType.
    Recommedation: Change "<<oneway>>signalStatus( )" to
    "<<oneway>>signalStatus( in status : StatusType)"
    Rationale: This makes the PIM agree with PSM IDL.
