SDRP — Add Required and Provided ports definitions that are specialization of SWRa

Add Required and Provided ports definitions that are specialization of SWRadioPort. The required port should have a tag value that indicates a connection threshold of unsigned short. A ProvidedPort provides a service only, therefore its constraint is service is true. A RequiredPort requires a service, its constraint is service is false. Also the required and provided ports should have a constraint of one interface type, not multiple different interface types. This constraint could be stated at the SWRadioPort level. This allows an application definition to be formed that clearly shows the direction on the connections between the application’s parts.
