SDRP — Primitive Type Cleanup

Problem: Now that the primitive types (issue 7656) are defined in the spec,
the duplicate definitions of these primitive types in the spec should be
removed when specified in other types sections in the spec. Also the usage
of integer in the spec should be replace with the appropriate primitive
type (short, long, ushort, etc.) in the spec in order to give precise
definition.

Solution: Replace integer where used in the spec with correct primitive
type (short, long, ushort, etc.). Removed redundant primitive types in
other sections in the spec. Types that are specialization of primitive
types should also be noted in the spec.
