SDRP — Application releaseObject Disconnect Behavior

Issue: Application releaseObject Disconnect Behavior
Limit what ports need to be disconnected during release of an
ApplicationManager.

Rational:

The application resource component
releaseObject can cleanup without the need to call disconnect on each
individual port. Efficiency
