SDRP — Time type definition more than once in spec

  • Summary:

    Time type definition more than once in spec. Also RadioProperty
    IntegerId property is a string instead of an integer type. Range type may
    also be duplicated in spec.

    Proposed Solution: CommEquipment and CommonLayer section needs to replace
    Time (or TimeType) with TimeType and remove Time (or TimeType) from these
    sections. Update SWRadioFacilities as necessary to use TimeType from
    BaseTypes.

    Change radioProperty's integerId type from string to Unsigned short
