    The issue resolution for Issue 7786 should be also true for DeviceManager's
    property configuration of deployed service components.

    The DeviceManager's deployed ServiceComponents configuration property
    values shall only come from the DeviceManager's descriptor, not from an
    ServiceComponent's implementation or component definition
