SDO11 — The description of the parameter ‘properties’ of ServiceProfile not clear

The description of the parameter ‘properties’ of ServiceProfile is not clear. Parameter ‘properties’ of the ServiceProfile (p2-12) is not clearly defined in the specification. Are these the properties that - describes the service itself (like ontology description of a service) - or define the behavior of the service. These properties can be configured or monitored and any changes of values of these properties will change the service behavior.
