SDO11 — Define PIM constructs similar Java constructs

    Define all PIM constructs in consistent manner.

    Most of the PIM constructs are defined as java naming convention (deviceProfile) but some follows the IDL naming convention (enumerated_values). All PIM constructs should follow the same style.

    Proposed resolution: Define PIM constructs similar Java constructs.
