Add mechanism to show which configurationSet (if any) is active?

To know which configuration set is currently active can be very helpful. Currently there is no way of knowing which configuration is active.

Proposed resolution: Add an operation in Configuration Interface to return the active configuration set if any. The added operation should handle the following situations: - If the current configuration of the SDO was not set using any predefined ConfigurationSet or - If the configuration of the SDO was changed after it has been active or - If the ConfigurationSet that was used to activate the configuration but was modified later on.
