SACM — Change name “Amplifies"

"Amplifies" could easily be understood as "strengths". What is meant is "ExpoundsOn" (clearest) or "AmplifiesOn" (clearer). Alternately, possibly some other element already used to comment or explain could be used instead.

Change text in section 14.5.5 page 85 from
Amplifies element asserts that one EvidenceRelation-1 element amplifies another
EvidenceRelation-2 element.
into
Amplifies element represents statements that asserts that one EvidenceRelation-1 element
strengthens another EvidenceRelation-2 element.
Change text in the Semantics section on page 86 from

the relation1 of the Weakens element, amplifies EvidenceRelation-2 that is identified as
the relation2 of the Amplifies element.
