Incorporate 7.2.2 EvidenceElement (abstract) (p16) in a coherent way into merged SACM metamodel

All references are against document ptc/2012-04-04
Change superclass of EvidenceElement, section 10.1.2, page 36 from Element to ModelElement.
Remove entire subsection Associations (page 36) as follows:
