Summary:
Rather than trying to enumerate all the possible properties that evidence could possess, it may be better to consider a extensible mechanism such as the TaggedValue class in ARM. This principle would simplify the model considerably if applied to all such properties, by the time Provenance, TimingProperty, CustodyProperty, EvidenceProperty and DocumentProperty sub-classes have been taken into account. Detailed enumerations such as these are bound to be incomplete; user defined values are more flexible.
