Summary:
How does a model element link to what it represents, in particular, to an actual artifact? Is it via using Artifact element? If so, what kind of links are used to link to appropriate Artifact element(s)? Issue includes how do Artifact elements link to actual artifacts. In addition, how this is done needs to be explained in standard.
Note that duplication of contents should be avoided, and duplication of the contents of artifacts’ bodies never required.
