    The agreed resolution is that asserted relationships to be moved to be a sub class of
    assertion, and to remove abstract class “ArgumentLink”. Update the text to reflect that
    the “toBeSupported” attribute attaches to the Claim class (as shown in the diagram).
    This issue is resolved as part of the accumulated model changes addressed by 17347.
