SACM — 1..2.14. Need to record modification events and who modified

    Modification events need to be record and who modified. No “ModifiedBy” or “RevisedBy” is defined. Is “CreatedBy” supposed to also function to also mean “modified by”? This seems unwise. Likewise a derivedby would seem to be needed if something was derived from multiple sources. What about a copying event?
