Summary:
It looks like a copy & paste error me.
The Javascript used for the inihibit gate constraint block is the same as the Jvascript used for the AND constraint block.The control value input is not even used in the Javascript which triggered me to look more closely

Question on Inhibit constraint calculation
Question if the Inhibit Gate probability calculation should be similar to the And Gate. According to the underlying FTA standard the probability is calculated the same for the Inhibit Gate and the And Gate with some differences on the inputs. The calculation was checked and performs as expected.
