RAAML — File FMEALib.xmi is not working

    For some reasons, the Library of the FMEA Profile is not working. It's not possible to open it with and XMI-Viewer, with Magic Draw or any other tool.
    You can prove it with opening the file in the explorer.

    I try to implement the RAAML-Profiles in Papyrus, and it would be great if I can use this file, too.
