Summary:
In Figure 9.127 of the ISO-26262 part of RAAML the concept of ASIL was misread from the ISO-26262 2018 standard. In ISO-26262 Clause 1, it states that QM is not an ASIL. Therefore, it suggests that Figure 9.127 should be reviewed/revised to align with Clause 1 of ISO-26262.

As per Table 4 - ASIL determination in the ISO 26262 chapter 3, QM is classified under ASIL. RAAML is consistent with what is specified in ISO 26262 specification even if QM does not have ASIL requirements.
