RAAML — Gate.sourceEvent type needs to be widened to FTAElement

    At the moment it is not possible to connect the transfer in to a gate with a connector properly-typed-by-association, because
    TransferIn type is FTATree, not the Event
    and gate source association currently connects Gate and Event;

    To address this, Gate.sourceEvent type needs to be widened to FTAElement (which allows both Event and FTATree)
