In the 3rd item of the definition A.12 (System State), the paragraph before the formula ends by :
"whereas the function i(l) projects all but the ith component):"The function is exactly the same as the first function in the same sentence. It appears that a prime symbol is missing in the function. Indeed, a prime symbol appears in the formula.
