Summary:
In Definition A.10 Object Identifiers, part ii, you have the domain of a class c defined as: ICLASS(c') = U
{oid(c) | c' ? CLASS ^ c' "gr<" c}. where I've used "gr<" for the generalization relation. I see 4 things that ought to be changed: 1. The initial c' should obviously be a c. 2. The oid(c) should be oid(c') 3. We have still another symbol for "and" 4. There's an extraneous newline before the final c.
