OARIS — Length of subsystem parameter string types

    The length of the subsystem parameter string types is contrained to a maximum of 32 characters. This is not long enough to accomodate a hierarchical naming scheme with (potentially long and) meaningful names at each level.
    This issue only impacts the IDL for the DDS PSM. The specification at PIM level does not specify a maximum length.
