OARIS — Technical State state transition diagrams omitted from specification

The UML model for OARIS (from which the specification is generated) contains two state transition diagrams to show the mandatory and superset of transitions between technical states. However, the specification does not include these diagrams (because of the generation template used). The specification consequently lacks some of the intended semantic detail for the class technical_state_type leading to a lack of understanding from users.

Add state transition diagrams to technical state type

The document generation should be amended to include state transition diagrams that are members of a class.
The missing state transition diagram will thus be included in the specification.
