    Summary: someone looking at the event type repository IDL in the Notification
    Service Spec has found a bug in the generated IDL from the MOF model:

    > 3. In EventTypeRepositoryClass.create_event_type_repository,

    You are correct. It"s should be StringSet. There was a bug in the
    prototype that generated the IDL used in the Event Notification.
